2023.09.25 Added bird’s-eye views of Japan, the Korean Peninsula, Sakhalin, and the Kwantung Leased Territory!
In addition to bird’s-eye views of various locations from Sapporo to Kitakyushu,these include the “Bird’s-Eye View of South Pyongan Province with Pyongyang at its Center,” which depicts the North Korean capital, Pyongyang;the “Bird’s-Eye View of Mt. Kumgang, Showa 6 (1931),” which depicts Mount Kumgang, touted as Korea’s most scenic spot; and the “Bird’s-Eye View of Sakhalin, Showa 10 (1935),” which offers a panoramic view of Sakhalin Shrine and Asahigatake Ski Resort beyond the city of Toyohara.
